De acuerdo al promedio general de los puntajes de cultura empresarial en las distintas áreas de la empresa.   • Inversión en programas de bienestar: Si las encuestas reflejan áreas de mejora en satisfacción o bienestar, considera invertir más en programas que promuevan el bienestar, como apoyo a la salud mental o espacios para la creatividad y la innovación.
  • Escuchar y actuar en base a feedback: Los gerentes deben tener mecanismos regulares para escuchar a sus equipos y responder de manera proactiva a sus inquietudes. Esto puede ser a través de reuniones uno a uno, encuestas periódicas o grupos de discusión.
